Draft a short email to my client updating them that we received the counterparty’s markup, we accepted most changes, and we pushed back on [Clause X] because it is too one-sided. Ask for a 15-minute call tomorrow. Tone: calm, confident, concise.
Quick Prompt B — Contract “issues list” (demo-friendly)
From the Supplier’s perspective, produce a 10-line issues list for negotiation of a Master Services Agreement: payment terms, scope change control, IP, confidentiality, data protection, warranty, indemnity, limitation of liability, term/termination, dispute resolution. Output: two columns (Issue / Our position).
Follow-up ideas: Ask “Make this more firm but still professional” or “Add 2 fallback
positions per issue.”
