Who owns the content I put in and the answers the
AI gives me?
You do! You retain complete ownership of the information you input and the content generated by the
AI based on your input. We simply use the data to provide and improve the service for you, as
outlined in our
Terms of
Use.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, you have full flexibility. You can change your plan or cancel your subscription at any time.
Simply send us an email at
support@wisanna.com and we'll
take care of it for you. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancel within 14 days for a full refund (as detailed in our
Terms of
Use).
What counts as an "AI Request"?
An AI request is any interaction that calls upon our AI, such as asking the AI assistant a question,
summarizing a document, or using the smart drafting feature. Each interaction counts as one request,
regardless of the complexity of the query.
What happens if I go over my 300 AI requests?
You will be notified when you approach your limit and can choose to upgrade your plan or purchase
additional request packs. We will never cut off your service without warning, ensuring you can
continue your work uninterrupted.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as bank transfers for
annual plans. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
