We maintain contracts with these parties to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your data.

Mechanism of Transfer
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such as to OpenAI, LLC, Anthropic, PBC, Calendly, LLC, Voyage AI Innovations, Inc., Eleven Labs Inc. and API2PDF in the United States, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure GDPR compliance. Transfers to Paddle.com Market Ltd in the United Kingdom rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the United Kingdom.
