We maintain contracts with these parties to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your data.

Mechanism of Transfer
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such as to OpenAI, LLC, Anthropic, PBC, and Calendly, LLC in the United States, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure GDPR compliance.
